"Good"

"Location was top notch! Very pleased the hotel took our room instructions to push the 3 beds together for the safety of our toddlers. The 2 block radius of this hotel was amazing… You get a bit of everything from cool gachapons stores. For the room itself, we liked the layout. We booked the quadruple bed room. Bathroom was solid too. Cool that there was two TVs. Comfort was good too. If I had one thing or two to criticize the hotel about - the room felt and smelled dated. Upon entering our floor...

"设施有的陈旧，清洁程度有提升的空间"

"The room was great and the breakfast buffet was amazing. You get charged over 20.00/ day to use the gym and the equipment was old and substandard. Only one bike worked and it was very poor quality."

"Nice and clean hotel. Room is big enough for a family stay."

"すべてが最高のホテルでした。"

"いつも清潔で過ごしやすいお部屋です。 今回は、フロントの小柄な女性の対応が とても良かったです。"

"Great location. Clean and spacious."

"Good location!"

"追加料金を払ってお部屋を32階のスィートに変更しました。景色が良く開放的なバスルームと広いベッドは気に入りました！残念だったのは入り口から二つ目のお部屋が広いだけで無駄でした。 せめて冷蔵庫にビール2本お茶やジュースなど飲み物のサービスなどあれば嬉しかったです。ラウンジでの朝食は良かったです"

"very clean room"

"Location was perfect, walking distance to shopping mall and street vendors. Very helpful staff and hot teas are available 24/7 on the main floor, I like this cuz after a long day, I really need a cup of hot tea to relax. Our room is spacious, we had the basic twin room and washroom have more counter space to put your makeup accessories. Should have taken pics. Overall, I’m pleased with our stay."

"excellent"

"great place in the city but not noisy. Great staff and price"

"We had a pleasant stay at Hotel New Otani Hakata, you can tell this was a a very grand hotel back in the day from the entrance and lobby. The location good if you don't want to be in the middle of the bustling Tenjin or Hakata, but is still close by. We walk every day to and from those areas without feeling it was very far, although there is a metro station next to the hotel too if you wish to use the train. The room was an adequate size, we were three people in the room and we managed just fine...
