"We have been to a lot of cabins. This was by far the nicest and best cabin we have ever stayed at. The host is top tier we were coming in late, she checked in on us and turned the porch lights on for us. The cabin was super clean very well stocked and beautifully decorated truly made you feel at home. It’s very easy to find yet very private plenty of parking. Only draw back was having to leave. This will be our go to cabin from now on. The stump hole tail system is very close and a great hike, with awesome mountain biking too. You will not be disappointed here. "

"We had a wonderful weekend at Boarhogs Place. Kay was very quick to communicate and very accommodating. The house was perfect and had everything we needed. I especially appreciated all the extra toiletries and coffee provided. The host was very thoughtful. My husband loved fishing in the river and we got to make the memory of our daughter catching her first fish. We will definitely stay again!"

"Slicks turned out to be ideal for our family. The bordering river was ideal for wading with our 3yr old grandson. Several fish were caught (and released) also. Very relaxing and satisfying stay."

"One of our favorite stays. VERY quiet close to many small towns well worth exploring (Walhalla, Highlands, NC, Cashiers NC). Wish we had stayed longer. Communications with property manager were great, responses very prompt. Gave us great ideas for places we had not thought about for food shopping, etc. peaceful relaxing stay for our anniversary. Well stocked with everything needed. We brought perishables, of course, but also enjoyed local restaurants (recommend reaching out to property manager for her EXCELLENT suggestions)"
