"Great stay with my dog. Walkable to beach and many small businesses. Be aware that Flagler Beach has specific areas where leashed pets are allowed on the beach. Also be aware of hotel pet limitations. At the time of my booking, only the deluxe rooms allowed pets. So in addition to the pet fee, you have to select a more expensive deluxe room. In the room descriptions, "pets allowed" will be listed under amenities of the individual room type on hotels.com."

"The condo was clean and inviting with everything you would need for your stay. The coffee maker and coffee bar were a huge hit with our group. The pool was great, little brisk but refreshing. The view was amazing. The condo was very peaceful and pet friendly. The grounds around the condo didn’t seem as pet friendly. Overall it was a great stay. I’d definitely recommend the condo. The only drawback was the fact that the elevator doesn’t go all the way down to the parking lot, it was a struggle for my 82 y/o father-in-law."

"The view from the condo was fantastic. We could see both the sunrise and sunset. We had more than enough room for the six of us and only used three of the four bedrooms. It is situated in a quiet area south of Flagler Beach and it was an easy drive into town. The host,Rob, was very responsive if we needed anything. There was a problem with the washing machine and he promptly got a repair person out to fix it. The building is very quiet and most of the residents are a bit older. We even played bingo with them. Our entire group was very pleased with the accommodations. Highly recommend!"

You truly cannot beat the location being right across the street from the beach made the days more relaxing.we loved being able to Hop over for sunrise walks and head back for lunch without any hassle.the condo itself was clean well equipped and offered exactly the relaxing coastal atmosphere we were looking for"

"This condo was so beautiful. The views were gorgeous. We stayed here over spring break with our kids and it was freezing! Luckily, we had such. Beautiful views. It was plenty spacious, plenty of amenities. I would say my only “complaint”, is the door code/lock to get in each time was a bit inconvenient- But it would not keep us from coming back and also recommending it! "

"The house was beautiful, clean and well maintained. Everything we needed was there. The house is located in a great location, one block from the ocean. And a state park within walking distance. The state park has boat rentals and access to the river . The area was very nice, clean and quiet, yet not far from all the action."
