Restorative beach trip

Other reviewers said they didn’t want to leave; I completely relate. It’s immaculate, spacious, steps from the beach. It’s a quiet, well-kept neighborhood. I appreciated the elevator and shaded deck with a lovely breeze. We used the beach chairs and umbrellas.We are looking into a repeat visit.

Beautiful Home, Great Location!

We loved everything about this beautiful home. We couldn’t ask for a better place to enjoy our vacation. Just a short walk to the beach as well. Close enough to be able to see and hear the ocean.

We've stayed at other villas in the past, this villa is exceptional!! Close to the beach and accommodation are perfect!!! Love all the furniture, the kitchen is fully stocked!! We will always stay at priceless.

“Priceless” was fabulous!

Such a beautiful beach house literally 1 minute to the beach. The home is the perfect place for a large family with all the amenities you need. The neighbor is very nice as well. We will be back next year!

Oceanview Villa

We spent a week at Chris and Bryan's villa in August of both 2010 and 2011. We were very happy with the accommodations and glad that we could bring our cairns with us. The owners closet beneath the unit has everything you might need for a week at the beach. We especially enjoy sitting on the covered deck and watching the ocean with our family, friends and pets.

Large condo at the beach!

Pictures do not do this beautiful condo justice. Very large condo with plenty of space for everyone. Within a few steps your feet are in the sand. This rental is extremely clean and the owners are very helpful and great to work with. The neighborhood is very clean and well taken care of. Looking forward to another stay at this AMAZING rental!

Great location and well stocked!

We thoroughly enjoyed our family vacation the week after July 4th. The condo was a perfect fit for our family of 7 adults and 2 children under the age of 5, and there was still room for more! The kitchen was well stocked as well as the beach closet, and the proximity to the beach and pool was great. Our favorite was the porch which had the perfect combination of sun, shade and ocean breeze. I think we only had one or two meals inside all week! We look forward to staying in this 'priceless' condo again!!

End of summer vacation

It was just my husband and I. We cooked a few dinners and lunches in - the kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. The unit is within an easy walk to the beach access.. I prepared for the trip by reserving a variety of books at the library to bring with me only to find that some of them were already on the bookshelf at the house. Great trip - I am sure we will stay here again.
