ONE of a KIND Home @ OIB! Super close to the Ocean!Great for family time!

Home has been fully renovated and you are sure to fall in love as soon as you arrive.....
You will breathe in the salt air and feel yourself begin to relax as soon as you make it to the front porch rockers. Ocean is clearly visible from front of home and front porch.
Home has top of the line Kitchen, dining, great room/Family room with Open concept design. Dining table seats 10 comfortably and 6 can eat at large kitchen island.
Front porch has wonderful views of ocean and enough room and seating for whole family to sit out and enjoy!!
Beach access is diagonal & directly across the street from property for easy beach days spent enjoying the waves and salty air!!
A private pool has been added as well.
There is also a gas grill in the outdoor area by the pool for your cookout/grilling enjoyment!!
Just a little info on our Renovation....
All renovations and the pool were completed in June of 2018. Take a look at the top notch updates made and see all the high end finishes through out. We also added two bunk rooms, both with one Queen size with Full over top!! Each bunk has an LED reading light over bed!!
Two front master suites have King size beds and Private bathrooms. The two rear bedrooms have Queen size bed in one and full in the other connected to Jack and Jill bathrooms. Total of 6 bedrooms in all. All 4 bathrooms have fully tiled showers or tub combo.
Under the home is a nice outdoor shower and also a seating area to relax out of the sun or in the evening hours and feel the ocean breeze.

Please check out our other Property at Ocean Isle also. 13 Pender Street is on a canal leading to the Inter coastal Waterway and just a short walk to the beach.

Beautiful home, great location

The home was every bit as nice, spacious, and clean is in the photos! The price was incredibly reasonable. We were in town for a wedding and the venue was right across the street, so the location was perfect for us. It’s just a short walk to the beach, which we took advantage of! Highly recommend this home for a stay in Ocean Isle Beach

Wedding Weekend

Gem of a home in OIB

This is the second time we have had the joy of staying at this house. It is such a great beach house- the kitchen is well stocked, the rooms comfortable and it’s a great layout for our family. The kids love the bunk rooms and the pool! We loved the location- just a short walk to the beach. Thank you for allowing us to stay in this gem of a home in OIB.

Family get-a-way

Nice home with great location

The home was very nice and the pool was a big hit. The walk to the beach was less than 5 minutes and the beach was wonderful. The home was well equipped with everything you may need and the bedrooms were perfect for our 11 total guests. Rhonda checked in on us often by text to make sure everything was OK. Vacation stay could not have been better.

Annual “Girls” Trip

This was a great vacation home for several of us elder gals for our annual get-together! Good location with easy beach access and a pool in the back with several chaise loungers for relaxing. Well appointed interior and kitchen accessories. Best of all was that everything is on one level!

Great House!

We had a wonderful time at this house! Property owner was great and answered all our questions. We loved having all the bedrooms on one level. We also loved having access to all the beach chairs, wagon, toys and bikes. The beach access was nice and close, too. We plan to return!

Great Family Vacation

Another great vacation at the Terrell’s home on Ocean Isle Beach. Again, Rhonda was very accommodating and checked in with us regularly. We had a small issue with an appliance and it was taken care of the next day. Our family of 12 love OIB and the Terrell home.

Very Homey

Owners did a great job renovating this property and stuck with quality appointments. Easy walk to the beach, hours of fun with the corn hole, and of course the pool. 16 of us enjoyed our stay very much.

Great place to spend your beach escape, the property is very well maintained and is equiped with all the things you may need from the kitchen to the beach accsesories. Property manager follows up to check every thing is ok during your stay.

This is a great property with a fantastic location.

The house is set up so everybody can enjoy meals, games, TV, and conversation together but also have privacy just a few steps away. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a lot of seating for family meals. The house is also tastefully decorated with colors and items that give it a beachy feel. This is an A+ property.

Very comfy house

We had a group of 10. The house was large enough for us & very comfy. Our favorite memories will be thec cose proximity to the beach, the convenience of the pool & being able to sit on the front porch.

Ocean Isle Stay

We loved the home - very comfortably appointed and all rooms on one floor. The only problem encountered was the main tv in the home kept having connection problems with the internet. Otherwise it was a wonderful stay.

We loved our stay!

House was perfect. Kids and adults loved the pool and downstairs area. Access to the beach was a very short walk. Appliances were all updated and kitchen stocked with all things needed to cook. Bedrooms and bathrooms clean and spacious. It was the perfect house for a large group. Thank you for everything! We will stay here again!

Great Times

Beautiful beach house that offered plenty of room for our group of 15. Easy access to the beach, and a private pool that allowed for sun, shade, and areas to just relax. The large table in Great Room made the perfect place for meals and playing games. Would definitely go back to this well appointed home. Ocean Isle is the perfect destination for family vacations!!

Fabulous home and location

We were celebrating our 55th Wedding Anniversary with our children, grandchildren and future granddaughter in law. Rhonda was extremely easy and quick to communicate with. The home exceed the pictures and the location was fabulous. Highly recommend the property and dealing with Rhonda!
