This beautiful 2 BA 2 BR unit is ready to make your vacation a trip to remember. The living room area features a new sleeper sofa along with like new chairs and a huge flat screen TV. The main bedroom has a king size bed and the attached bath has been updated. The second bedroom has a unique sleeping arrangement with a queen on the bottom and a twin on top bunk style bed. Both bedrooms have TV's. The second bedroom is across the hall from the second updated bathroom. There is a washer/dryer for guest use and free Wi-Fi. The balcony offers views of the ocean and is the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or relax after your fun-filled day at the beach!
Located on 110th street in the Capri, this building has wonderful amenities to help make your stay even more enjoyable. You will have access to a lighted indoor pool (open year-round), exercise room, sauna, outdoor tennis/ pickleball court, indoor basketball court and even a game room! The building is convenient to many great restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, movies, and other fun activities.

* This unit is not rented to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. Individuals or groups must all be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 during the Memorial/Labor Day weekends or holidays.
