Leave your car parked in the secure gated building! 1 block to restaurants, bars, multiple ice cream shops, 7-11, water sports rentals, boardwalk, arcades, escape room. Yes all that is one- two blocks from the unit! You can walk everywhere from this condo. Amusement parks five blocks away.

There is a computer for your use and scanner. High speed internet!
Other things to note
Very health-conscious. Every room gets UV light sanitation before every rental.
No more than the allotted 7 guests in the unit. There are security cameras outside unit. If more than seven your security deposit will not be returned and you will be asked to leave.
Please do not set air conditioner below 70 it can freeze up the evaporator coil and lock up the system.
