This unit is within walking distance (less than 10 blocks) to the boardwalk, shopping and many restaurants/bars including: Seacrets, Macky's, Barn 34, Mother’s Cantina, 45th Street Taphouse, Shotti’s Point, Higgins Crab House South, On the Bay Seafood, Rita's, Dough Roller, Anthony's Sub Shop, Satellite Café, Jolly Roger Amusement/Water Park and the famous Coconuts Beach Bar and Grill to name a few.
Minimum age rental limitation of 25 years of age. Security Deposit required. No smoking. No pets. Exterior (outdoor) security equipment may be in place to monitor premises at all times for safety of guests and to protect the property. There is a camera monitoring my front door and the hallway of my condo building.
AMENITIES: The main bedroom has one queen bed that sleeps two guests and has its own private bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen and double bed that sleeps four guests. There is a queen sleep sofa in the living area to sleep two guests. The dining area has a murphy cabinet with a pull-out memory foam queen mattress that can sleep two guests. This condo just had major renovations and updates to modernize the unit and enhance the guest's stay. New LVP natural wood floors have been installed throughout the entire condo. Central AC unit and water heater was recently replaced. There are all new stainless-steel appliances: stove/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. There is a fully equipped kitchen to allow for dining in for the night allowing for longer time out on the beach in the evenings. The kitchen is fully equipped with new silverware, cookware, dishes, glasses and other kitchen accessories including Keurig, garbage disposal, coffee maker, toaster and blender. There is newly installed white subway tile backsplash along with granite countertops. All bathrooms include shiplap, marble carrera countertops, updated cabinetry/fixtures and new toilets. The sliding door to the balcony allows for views of the ocean. There are two televisions located in the living room and second bedroom. There is a front load washer and dryer located in the hallway.
WHAT TO BRING: sheets, towels, paper products (toilet paper, paper towels, etc.) and HE laundry detergents. Bedding consists of 2 queen, 1 full/double, 1 queen sleeper sofa, and 1 queen murphy bed cabinet.
A linen company can be recommended and provided if the guest decided they would prefer to have towels and sheets delivered to the condo upon arrival. This would be set up and paid for by the guest.
**NOTE: Must be 25 years of age or older to rent this condo. Will NOT rent to High School Seniors. Parents/Guardians of High School Seniors are also NOT permitted to rent this unit on behalf of their children/dependents.
