"At the moment the reservation was made, a mail with the check in information was supposed to be sent to my mail but it never arrived, so I called a lot of times to the university and after insisting a lot I got the confirmation mail to check in. The place was not super clean and the bathroom was in very bad condition. The only good thing (besides the prices) was the location. Not in my plans to make a reservation here again. I prefer to spend a little more money for a better place."

"The hotel was the lovely a s the room was comfortable. The room was booked for two people, but it only had one twin size duvet and one bath towel. It wasn’t set up for two people. I’m sure I could have requested more, but we made due.
The check in staff were very polite and helpful!"

"We greatly enjoyed our stay at the Hotel. The location was right next to the lake, old town, and the Opera House. All in walking distance.
The staff were courtious and helpful. They arranged for ride to the airport.
The rooms were clean and large; ours had a balcony that we could sit out.
The closet and storage shelves were placed to be super useful.
There were power outlets with adaptors to charge our phones.
Mini bar was filled with free drinks.
Nespresso machine was ready with pods as well...
