Immerse yourselves in nature's beauty while also staying in our cozy home. With nearly 2 acres of land to explore, and 2400 sqft of indoor space, you'll be sure to enjoy all the amenities and entertainment our home has to offer.
The Space:
*** We take your health and the safety of our team very seriously and have put in extra processes to ensure our homes are thoroughly disinfected prior to each visit. Your safety and enjoyment of our home is our #1 priority! ***
Our home comes with a pool table, BBQ grill, outdoor games, outdoor gazebo, and more!
Our family room, living room, and loft have TVs. All of our TVs come with Disney+, HBO Max, Hulu, YouTube TV, and Netflix! We also offer fast and reliable Wi-Fi so you can stay connected.
Each bed has a high-quality mattress and brand-new bedding so that you can sleep in coolness and comfort each night.

The bathrooms come with essentials, including a hairdryer, towels, soap, and shampoo, for your convenience.
While downtown Oakhurst offers fun local restaurants, sometimes nothing beats a relaxing meal at home. Our huge, fully stocked kitchen has everything you need for a fun dinner with the group:

Just 14 miles south of Yosemite National Park, the home is perfect for anyone looking to get away from the city for the weekend!
Other Things to Note:
No smoking is allowed on our property. If our cleaners smell smoke, you will be charged a fine starting at $300.00. We care deeply about the health and wellbeing of our guests and smoke of any kind leaves a smell for the guests after you.
If you want early check-in or late check-out, please reach out 48 hours prior to your arrival date. Availability is dependent on whether there is another same day check-in/check-out and may be subject to a $75 fee. Unapproved late checkout will result in a $100 charge.
Occasionally there is a faint smell of sulfur, which is normal for the area during parts of the year.
Parties and Events - Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours, which start at 10 pm, are strictly observed. To ensure that our guests do not exceed a certain volume level and disturb our neighbors, we use a NoiseAware decibel level monitoring device. They are located in the home's common area. Any evidence of a party or event, including camera footage, excessive garbage, or other evidence will result in a fine of $500.00, legal action, and possible eviction without reimbursement, plus the cost of any extra cleaning or damages that result from the event. We have ring cameras in the front and the back of the house for security purposes.
We kindly remind all guests that tampering with or unplugging Ring cameras is strictly prohibited. These cameras play a vital role in ensuring the security of our premises and protecting both you and our property. Please be aware that any unauthorized interference with the Ring cameras will be taken very seriously. In accordance with our policies and local regulations, guests found engaging in such actions may face fines of up to $500.
Please clean up after yourself. There is an extra cleaning fee if the house is left in disarray.
