"My family and i had a great time at the house. The location was amazing- just a quick walk to the beach. We only wished the downstairs was fixed up a bit so we could have hung out with our pups - but they still enjoyed watching everything from the porch. Would definitely return!"

"The house is beautiful. Clean and the best-stocked house we've rented in the 22 years we've rented homes directly on beaches. Also, the views are as lovely as everyone notes. However, I did find the listing to be misleading in two areas that were big factors for my family. I would not rent this property again.1. The twin bedroom and the futon bed. I always scan the bedroom listings first to make sure they fit my family's needs. My assumption was that the twin bedroom was a true bedroom and that the "futon" was the photo of the daybed in the kitchenette area. This is INCORRECT. The twin bedroom is the photo of the daybed in the kitchenette. This bed has a trundle. Due to the space restrictions, you can pull out the trundle, but the beds are pushed against each other. Further, this room is the main access point for most people to exit the house to the pool and beach area. The futon is located in the main living room's sectional. I think it's important to know this when considering if this home fits your family. 2. The beach is VERY difficult to access. If you have young children or grandparents joining you for the vacation, please know that it is HARD to get to the beach. You can't bring a cart, and the path is difficult to navigate while holding kids and beach stuff. Due to this, we actually skipped the beach for half of our trip. It's also worth noting that the wind was consistently over 20MPH, though this isn't something the homeowner has control over."

"Property was perfect for our family- the kids lived in the pool and hot tub, despite the cool weather! The kitchen was well appointed and we had everything we needed. Penny checked in on us via text to make sure everything was ok. Would stay again!"
