"All the staff were friendly and helpful. The Manager even helped us with our cases. Didn't use the bar or restaurant as we had other plans, but did have breakfast. The cooked breakfast was fine - have had better but many worse!!"

"The room was fine. Beware of the parking charge which is applied to you if you have booked through Expedia. I personally think it is ridiculous to charge extra for parking at a motorway service station hotel."

"Room are very tired and really need decorating, woodwork around the shower was rotten in a couple of places radiator was old and rusty. However the bedroom was ok ish. Bar was very pleasant but the kitchen was closed early with no notice so no food available. Plenty of parking. Breakfast was advertised as full breakfast but this was not available a minimal continental breakfast was available which was very basic.Really not a place I would want to stay at again."

"The hotel was stunning, set alongside a beautiful stream with original mill features on display, which added plenty of character and charm. The food was incredible, especially the cooked breakfast, which was one of the highlights of our stay. The staff were polite, friendly, and helpful throughout, including the housekeeping team, who did an excellent job.
