"Wonderful historic building. All the public spaces were gracious and blended well between modern and historic. Loved the modernized graphic/painting of the queen! Location was convenient to so many palaces and museums. Staff was helpful. Did not have a dinner reservation, but the staff squeezed us in due to a cancellation for a superb meal. Breakfast was excellent and options were diverse. Parking lot convenient on site. The bathrooms were modern and new. The hotel room interiors, though, could use an interior designer to bring a bit of modernization blended with the historic furniture. And a luggage rack would be nice. But I would stay there again."

"Only a one night stay but warm welcome from the staff, room very clean, comfortable with the added bonus of a balcony with views out to the port, sea and Denmark. We only had a drink in the bar but it had a nice feel to it and was reasonably busy. Hotel is also close to the bus/ train transport hub and a short walk into the old part of Helsingborg."

"Lovely place to stay, close to the sea, train station, parks, shopping, and historical sites. Clean and staff were so wonderful and kind and helpful. Loved it! Will return soon!"

"All was excellent including the outstanding ocean views. I did find it odd that I requested a superior twin room with a bathtub and instead received a wheelchair accessible room with remote control beds. Perhaps something was lost in translation? No matter, the hotel and rooms are fantastic and close proximity to the ferry from Denmark. Outstanding experience. What an amazing breakfast - clean, quiet and breathtaking views from this property. Wow Sweden, wow!"

"This was a great stay overall. The location is fantastic and the parking space in the back was really great to have. The room I stayed in was on the top floor and it was extremely dark. The area where the desk and fridge were located only had a dim desk lamp and I had to use the light on my phone to find things in my bag in that area. The other lighting in the room is dim and there needs to be some ceiling lights in that area. My parent’s room next door had ceiling lights above their desk and their room was much brighter than mine. Other than that, it was a great stay."
