"The property was nice but there was a few things that didn’t seem to work out in our favor. We had our young daughter with us and our room was on the 7th floor the farthest away from the elevator which made for a very long walk back to the elevator to go to and from the pool. It felt like we were placed far away because we had a child which I’m fine with as long as it’s not an inconvenience to my stay, which it was. The pool was warm and wonderful on Saturday but on Sunday the water was cold and the room temp of the pool room was cold. They also ran out of pool towels. The room had a dangerous sliding glass bathroom door that little fingers could get caught up n. The glass sliding shower door would not stay closed. There was no fan in the bathroom and the window did not open so the room was very stuffy. The coffee kit had not been used or had items replaced, the cream was spoiled and there was only one coffee pod. No one answered when I called down for room service. The hotel itself is beautiful and is located off the highway and next to the mall and many stores which I did love."

"Dear Mr. Patel, I am writing to share feedback regarding my recent stay at the Bedord Plaza Hotel. This was my first time staying there. I have previsoulsy stayed at Patel hotels throughtout the country; and often seek them out as from most of my experience is that they are family run and show pride in ownership. While the location was perfect for a visit to Mintue Man Park; I felt it was important to bring to your attention several aspects of my stay that did not meet reasonable expectations. My goal in sharing this is to assist your team in improving the guest experience. Housekeeping & Cleanliness: Upon arrival, the room was OK; but their was some litter on the floor. It appears to have not been fully cleaned with stains on pieces of furniture. The air conditioner was not working; buttons did not work, and I had to unplug it. The morning breakfast did not have staples such as orange jucie or apple juice or even water to drink. Ther was an overall 'messiness' to the facility. I understand that unexpected issues can arise, but I felt these incidents reflected a need for updated equipment and improved housekeeping checks and overall management of this hotel. I believe in your hotel's potential, and I hope this constructive feedback helps in refining your service standards. Basically would I stay here aagain?; and as of now the answer is no. I hope you will make improvements for future geusts."

"The hotel did not feel super clean. While the sheets in the room looked and felt clean the room and hotel itself felt dated, worn, and could use a deep clean. Our pull out sofa in had wear and tear spots on both arms and tears in the couch cushions. The pool area needed a cleaning, the pool bathroom was filthy. There were no towels in the pool area or gym. We had to go to the front desk to get some. The lone staff behind the desk our first evening was helpful and pleasant but it felt understaffed. I received a text from the staff at 10:49pm welcoming me. I was already asleep. The following morning we had three people to get ready for the day and get on our way for an event. While using the restroom the toilet water came up with sludge water (I’m assuming). It was absolutely disgusting. We flushed several times but the foul sludge water kept coming up. We checked the shower water, it was also sludge water. I called the front desk they said they would send maintenance right up. That was just after 9. 15 mins later while our group of 3 is waiting I used the text number to alert them if the situation. 30 mins later they responded that they were aware and maintenance would be right there. We flushed the toilet several times and ran the water multiple times for several mins. We got ready for the day with bottled water we brought. At check out we barely got an apology and they were more concerned with the color of the water. 24 hours later still waiting for a call from management."
