The food was a delightful highlight – a wonderful mix of traditional Indonesian flavours and an international selection including Japanese and Turkish cuisine. We also enjoyed the refreshing jamu served during our stay – a lovely cultural experience. What truly made our stay memorable was the exceptional service. Every staff member went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. A special shout-out to Wulan, Wulan Meiyi, Olivia, Wina, Najwa, and our kind and reliable drivers Ahyar and Emi – thank you for your warmth and hospitality. The transfers to and from the airport were smooth and comfortable, adding to the overall ease of the experience. "Pickup and transfer from airport to hotel was fast. All staff I've encoutered are truly friendly and smiling. They allowed me to check in at 12:30, without charging extra. Area around hotel is safe and very walkable. Breakfast was delicious and a plethora of choices for good. Room was exceptionally clean. "

"We stayed at Quinci Villas Lombok for 5 nights recently. After the hectic traffic and crowds of Ubud and Seminyak it was a breath of fresh air. Perched on the Bali Sea it was a welcome and tranquil oasis, prefect spot to recharge. Breakfast just metres from the sea each morning was a treat. The staff were amazing, very accomodating at all times. The only small suggestions I would make would be to have a little background music, chill out vibes, in the pool area and also to improve the choices on the wine list, very limited by the glass offerings of very ordinary wine. "

"We stayed for 3 nights at Ayana, all of-the amenities and facilities are so full-filling, for sure this place is highly recommended. We had a bit trouble, our flight got cancelled..but Ayana welcomed us back, Igi from the front desk was so helpful. So we stayed one more night and had a pleasant time. Don’t forget to visit “Kisik” the romantic seafood restaurant, Naga bar by the pier and enjoy the Sunset from the lobby lounge…"
