The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning kept everything cool. It is only a 10minute walk to the centre where there are bars and restaurants. There was a fridge in the room but no tv. Shower room was fine. Breakfast is limited with a small amount of fruit cereal and toast. Staff are friendly and helpful and can arrange island tours. Hotel prices are high in Tonga compared to nearby Fiji and Samoa and of a lower standard. It is a decent enough hotel but like other accommodation in Tonga not very good value for money

They miss emails throughout Expedia to book transfers. I stayed four nights and the bedroom was not cleaned, so not sure how often they do it. Otherwise good for the average price in the area. Huge bedroom. Amazing people working there.

It's what you expect for the price. Nothing wrong with it if you just need a bed between full day activities. Easy enough walk to water, restaurants, and main Street. Nothing special, but nothing outstandingly wrong. You need to request fresh towels etc. The rooms don't get serviced unless you ask. Has ceiling fan and air con though.
