The resort was lovely, great staff, excellent facilities and food! The only downside is the location - it's about an hour from hoi and not very convenient if you want to eat outside the resort. But great value and we had a lovely time.

A FANTASTIC LOCATION! We have just concluded a beach volleyball camp here, and cannot be happier with the resort; it's staff, layout and every food station at their breakfast buffet. The resort is massive, almost as large as their Khao Lak cousin. Lots to do, and great weather considering Typhoon Kaijiki was only a few hundred kms north. A shout out to Okan, the GM, for working so well with us, and in particular to Thuy; our regular contact. Another camp is already pencilled in for this time next year.

I recently spent a week at the hotel and was really happy with the service - all the staff members are incredibly polite and hardworking. A highlight of my stay was being invited to watch the staff beach volleyball match, so fun! The hotel is on a beautiful white sand beach and also has a wide range of facilities like tennis and padel courts and also runs a good daily activity program. Some of these were very good but there is some room for improvement in the quality of some of the activities. Thank you to Khanh and Quan for checking on me everyday to ensure everything was ok, and for making special requests for me for vegetarian food - they are exceptional managers. Thanks also to Jim for playing table tennis with me!

The resort was beautiful and quiet. The receptionist and restaurant staff were excellent. The pool staff were not attentive, had to call them to get service. It’s far from town and airport. There not much around walking distance.

Anmerkung zur Reisezeit: Aufgrund der Regensaison Nov.-Jan. ist überwiegend sehr wenig los, man sollte sich schon auf viel Ruhe und Selbstbeschäftigung einstellen. Der Robinson Nam Hoi An ist seit 2024 der zweite Robinson Club in Asien neben Thailand. Die Anreise erfolgt über den Flughafen Da Nang, von dort sind es ca. 1:45 Std. mit dem Auto. Der Club liegt etwas abgelegen, südlich von Hoi An – einer charmanten Stadt, die man unbedingt besuchen sollte. Die Anlage ist bereits gewachsen und dadurch sehr grün, gepflegt und weitläufig mit direktem Zugang zu einem traumhaften Strand. Auch in der Regenzeit lohnt sich ein Aufenthalt: Die Schauer sind kurz und wechseln sich meist mit viel Sonne ab. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die außergewöhnliche Qualität des Essens sowie die ausgesprochene Freundlichkeit und Gastfreundschaft der Mitarbeiter. Die sogenannten ROBs – die Robinson Mitarbeiter – bieten zudem ein vielseitiges Sport- und Unterhaltungsprogramm, das den Aufenthalt besonders macht. Ein Plus ist das flexible Verpflegungskonzept: Man kann Frühstück, Halbpension oder Vollpension wählen. Wer Ausflüge nach Hoi An oder in die Umgebung plant, bleibt mit Frühstück flexibel und kann bei Bedarf weitere Mahlzeiten oder Room Service (gegen Aufpreis) nutzen. Sehr schönes Hotel, mit gutem Essen

Das Hotel ist super, die Sauberkeit am Meer könnte etwas besser sein, da liegt schon am Meer direkt einiges an Plastikmüll herum - das könnte noch besser gesäubert werden. Das Hotel ist wohl recht neu und etwas abgelegen, weshalb man hier eher zum "Faulenzen" und erholen herkommen sollte. Sie bieten allerdings 2 x täglich ein Shuttle nach Hoi An an, aber dies fährt 1 Stunde.. In Sachen Frühstück, Essen allgemein, gab es nichts auszusetzen, hier wird man rundum zufrieden gestellt. Das Hotel hat auch einen Tennisplatz und die Möglichkeit Tischtennis und Fußball zu spielen, auch ein Kicker war vorhanden. Es wurde auch Mittag und Abendessen mit angeboten, was wir nutzten und vollauf zufrieden waren.
