IBB Hotel Palazzo Bettina Malta

"What an incredible place to stay. Away from the more touristy areas, this former palace is definitely a unique place to stay in Malta. The staff are incredibly helpful, especially Pietro who made our stay very special. The breakfasts are delicious and the pool area is lovely and gives you fantastic views of the Grand Harbour. The rooms are beautiful, ours had a high stone ceiling and a balcony. The beds are comfortable and the air conditioning is perfect during the hot weather. The courtyard is a cool alternative to sitting by the rooftop pool as well. There are lots of great restaurants nearby and a delicous ice cream place just outside at the bottom of the steps. You are just minutes from the small boats that will take you across to Valetta and about 5 minutes walk from the ferry. We will definitely come back."

"The hotel is in a quiet part of the Three Harbours (cities), easy to get to the ferry, waterfront restaurants, and historic areas. Breakfast met our requirements, and nothing was a problem. Our room was a good size, and the beds were really comfortable. As we were above the kitchen, we would hear the set for breakfast in the morning, so you may want to bring some earplugs. The staff are really lovely and helpful. The pool area was a great place to sit and watch the sunset :)"
