At the foot of the Espace Diamant slopes, quiet apartment, close to all amenities on foot. Located on the 1st floor, you will appreciate its SOUTH balcony with view on L'Etale.

OUR OPINION: Plenty of storage space. Very bright apartment with its large bay window. Beautiful living room. Ideal for family vacations!

The residence Les Mousquetaires, made up of three buildings, enjoys an exceptional location in the heart of the French Alps, in the charming village of Notre Dame de Bellecombe. Ideally situated at the foot of the Espace Diamant ski slopes and the ski school, it offers direct access to winter sports in an authentic and welcoming setting.
Notre Dame de Bellecombe, also known as NDB 1150, is one of the jewels of the Espace Diamant ski area, which features 192 km of interconnected slopes across six traditional village resorts: Notre Dame de Bellecombe, Flumet, Praz-sur-Arly, Crest-Voland/Cohennoz, Les Saisies, and Hauteluce. It’s the perfect destination for all mountain lovers, whether beginners or experienced skiers.
Located right in the village center, the residence is especially appreciated for its proximity to shops, entertainment, and ski lifts. The traditional Savoyard architecture and warm, friendly atmosphere of this Alpine village make it a popular choice for holidays year-round.
In summer, the residence becomes an excellent base to explore the stunning Alpine landscapes. Just 400 meters away, you'll find tennis courts, a children's playground, and numerous hiking and mountain biking trails. The Mont Rond chairlift, open three days per week, provides easy access to breathtaking views of Mont Blanc and the surrounding peaks.
The Flumet lake and its leisure base are only 4 km away, perfect for swimming and family-friendly water activities.
From Notre Dame de Bellecombe, you can also easily explore some of the most iconic Alpine destinations:
Megève, a chic and vibrant resort, less than 20 minutes away
Chamonix, the world-famous mountaineering capital at the foot of Mont Blanc, around 1 hour away

Très bel appartement

Appartement spacieux, peu encombré par les meubles, propre et très bien situé. Le seul problème est le manque d'intimité sur le balcon.
