"Good and convenient location for downtown and U of O. On-site restaurant, immediate access to walking path. Mall with arcade and other restaurants in walking distance. Rooms are updated. Other criticism is uncomfortable sofa bed mattress."

"Older motel that shows it's age in many places. Rooms are small with very few amenities. HOWEVER, this hotel is kept clean and the staff is extremely helpful and friendly. If you are looking for a place to sleep with a comfortable clean bed and a hot shower, this inn is perfect for you! Air Conditioning was perfect on a warm summer night."

"I had to be in Eugene for business for an overnight. My usual choices were priced ridiculously high, so I saw this property. The smaller queen sized room was in my personal budget, so I decided what the heck. I was SO glad I did! Making the turn into the property was a bit of a challenge, but once I figured it out it was all good. The grounds are meticulously manicured. Check in was very cordial. I learned my booked room had a broken AC that was being fixed, so they upgraded me to a MUCH larger room! You also get a complimentary glass of wine as well. I took time to sit out in their lush grounds, have my wine and watch a family of wild turkeys stroll right by me-babies and all. It was surreal. The room was fabulous-comfortable and spacious. Breakfast in the morning is a REAL sit down breakfast, with two choices plus a scone and fruit. I am fan, and will definitely return on future trips."

"Overall decent stay and experience. Way too expensive. On the knit picky side, parking was the biggest issue for me. A bit on the expensive side, $20/day to only be parked for about 10hrs/day in a garage that was semi secure was not worth it. If had another option I would’ve used it. $100 for 5 days. Wasn’t expecting $20/day or I might have booked at a different property for that reason alone. $357/night was actually $377/night. As it was, the rates here in Eugene were out of control because of the Nike National Track Championship. In an economy where every penny spent means something, it would be nice if businesses wouldn’t gouge the customers. Now that I’ve ranted, the hotel and staff were great. Breakfast was good. Rooms were clean. I enjoy Hyatt properties so when rates are inline then I’m in."
