"Finally a good bed, but the included breakfast was always late, running out of key items. Pool and hot tub nice but small. Adult hours need to be more often, not 10pm to close."

"We were unable to access our room with our keys, and after four trips up and down to the lobby, the front desk finally sent someone upstairs to help. They were also unable to access the room. When we finally got in, our bathroom was brand new, but installed in a way that wouldn’t even close. The front desk did help us move to another room at that point. We made it to the pool, and discovered the hot tub was drained. They offered for us to use the neighboring hotel’s pool and hot tub, but their’s...
