"Upon arriving and checking in, we were given the wrong room - we reserved a Queen with lake view with a patio/balcony - we were given an interior room with a full bed. When talked to the front desk we were told that because we booked thru expedia and they were full, they give expedia customers last choice of available rooms. Next morning front desk said would leave message for the manager and we still have not heard back even after asking again at checkout - were told would have to call her on...
