"We had a quick stay for an early flight the next morning. The staff was very friendly and helpful with whatever we needed and kindly offered to prepare breakfast for us in the morning. I wouldn’t stay at this property again in the future though due to a few uncomforts. Their dogs barked during the night, waking us up. There was a bright light next door that illuminated our room. There are restaurants within a 15-30 minute walk, but it was nice to sit down for a while after enjoying a type “A” vacation for the past 8 days! "The room was clean, air conditioning was cold and staff was great. It was a little hard to locate as it does not have a traditional lobby. The lobby is on the 2nd floor inside the Call center and casino tower. The lobby closes at a certain time and a number to call is posted, althought the staff is responsive."

"Just not really worth it. Staff are great, breakfast is real good, even the owner is nice. But, super expensive for where and what it is. Pictures somehow make it all feel bigger even though they’re accurate. Neighborhood is bleak, and the few restaurants in the area happened to be closed all week for Easter."

"Very peaceful place to stay with nice restaurant on the grounds. Gated access added to security. Able to walk along the water front and to a few different eateries. Only a seven minute, easy walk to the water taxis. We caught our bus to Guatemala near the water taxis. Wish we had saved some time to catch the water taxis to a one or more of the excursions offered."

"The rooms are small and minimalist but that's OK as they get everything else right. The rooms were spotless, the property was beautifully kept and the price of booking was affordable. The attached restaurant had excellent and affordable food, in fact we noticed that many of its patrons were locals. The location being 20 minutes from the airport was a nice added bonus. "
