"Everything was clean and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The included breakfast was really good! There were two things that really were disappointing though. The first was the noise. There were the noisiest cars outside at nighttime for hours and hours. It was hard to sleep. The second thing was that the pump bottle of lotion in the room smelled rotten and rancid, as though someone had put something in the bottle that was not supposed to be there. Like it was horrendously bad. Like I said, other than those two problems, everything was great."

"We’ve been here on 4 different occasions. The property staff are a stand out. The front desk is very responsive. We will continue to stay here whenever in Chico. It’s very nice to have an in house restaurant and bar. The portions are very generous."

"We were traveling from California to Washington in a 16ft. Penske truck and stayed here for a night. Arriving at 9pm a Casino allowed us to have dinner and drinks and go right back to the room to sleep and get up and out early the next morning. The wings and chicken quesadilla were delicious and the drinks weren't strong but hit the spot. Since they allow smoking on the property, there were air purifiers everywhere, but they worked. Our room was comfortable and quiet. The staff was friendly, and as we had to park at the RV lot in our oversized vehicle, they shuttled us back and forth with valet service."

"The room was well appointed; the bed was very good and the bedding top quality. the room was clean, the window covering up to date and very effective, as in blocked out all light. The location of our room, about the middle of the property was quiet. I was surprised as the location is flanked on both side by heavy traffic streets. My only observation is the room is minimalistic. There was no closet, just pegs to hang a few garments, nor drawers to unload bags; you are living out of your travel bag."
