"Das Hotel hat einen schönen Wellnessbereich. Die Ausstattung der Zimmer ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber trotz allem gemütlich. Ich war schon mehrmals in diesem Hotel und habe mir dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Ich hatte bisher immer ein Zimmer auf der Südseite. Diese Mal hatte ich ein Zimmer Richtung Norden, habe schlecht geschlafen und mich nicht gut erholt. "Accueil médiocre à l’arrivée. J’avais envoyé un mail pour demander à réserver une place de parking dans le sous-sol : personne n’y avait répondu. Et à notre arrivée : la réceptionniste nous dit qu’il n’y a plus de place et que nous devons trouver une place dans la rue, stationnement payant à 8 euros la journée, samedi et dimanche compris !!! Aucune empathie, aucune intention de nous aider alors qu’on restait 4 nuits pour plus de 400 euros en tout. On se fait « gronder » par la femme de ménage...
