This home is privately owned and maintained. We only rent to families or professional adults. You must be over the age of 25 to book this property. We do NOT rent to student groups under any circumstances. No house parties or family reunions, occupancy limits are strictly enforced.

This house is everything the ads say it is, clean, close to the beach, updated accommodations, and the kitchen is stocked well. The pool and surrounding areas are quite good and were used often. Since the house is on a dead and street there is minimal traffic noise.

Great property. Great location and great host. The house is beautiful and well maintained. Close to beach, stores and restaurants. The outside is great. The host added an outdoor tv and we spent time at night outside watching movies. I’m ready to go back.
