"The room was fine , but to get back late on a Saturday night , where there were no food or drink options or even a vending machine with water was not good"

"Its a nice hotel generally. The staff are very slow.. like painfully at times! We were there for the take that concert and they were doing free welcome drinks etc and we had a bottle of wine in our room too. Although the fact they had put the prices of rooms up by over £200 a night, it's really the least that they could do!"

"The room was nice, the bathroom was tiny, but clean. Barely enough room for once person. Good tea and coffee facilities. The room was not good value due to the inflated price as it was a Take That concert, but overall it was a nice hotel. It was an easy 30 minutes walk to the St. Mary’s Stadium for the concert. The carpark at the hotel was good, £20 for 24 hours, which was ok."

"Great location and very good price. We stayed after a concert. So literally just slept there. Good that some parking was available too. V basic room but clean & airy. Tea and coffee facilities were good. No towels for bathroom or hand soap so that was abit of a shame. We got a little confused by the digital door key pads but the staff were v helpful and showed us how to use. Comfy beds and somewhere to rest before heading back off. Not the usual guest house or B&B set up but was clean, good location and what we needed."
