I stayed in this hotel on a business trip for one night. The hotel has a good gym area and a nice sauna to unwind. The breakfast was good. The rooms were clean. On overall I had a good stay and would book a room in this hotel again.

Cozy and clean!

A friend of mine and i went to a convention in Sweden called Närcon and stayed here, the room was very cozy and clean, breakfast was super nice and it was easy to check in and out. Very nice!!

guest comfort not a priority

It was okay, but lacking in customer service. The biggest problem was loud drilling on the other side of the wall in the morning. I would expect reception to give an advanced warning so I could plan around it. It showed a lack of concern for guest comfort. There were other issues but less important: keeping an extra folding bed stored in the room when it was not needed or requested, not having a wine opener for guests to use. Overall it gave the feeling that employee convenience is more important than guest comfort.

Rummet var fint, med blommig tapet och målat tak, men tyvärr var det väldigt mörkt och inte rent! Badrummet var fläckfritt, kanske för att personalen faktiskt ser vad de gör när de städar där inne? När jag skulle lägga mig såg jag även ett antal främmande hårstrån i sängen.
