Holiday Inn Resort Aruba - Beach Resort & Casino by IHG
I was very surprised at how rude the staff was. It was almost like it was a bother to ask for help. The rooms were old and damp and it was impossible to sleep at night from the extremely loud music coming from a nightclub until 2am.

The staff was so nice and helpful! It was really clean and I enjoyed every second of this resort! I do recommend making reservations to the restaurants ahead of time or go to the activities concierge to book them because it's really hard to get a reservation to the restaurants.
