"The nicest & most attentive group of people. Though the hotel is not the most modernest of establishments the staff more than make up for this. “Smiles” in the land of smiles. Can’t fault the food. Breakfast was so filling. Although our stay was only short & in the wet season. The National Park gate staff at the waterfall need to learn from the hotel staff on how to smile.. Thank you once again We will return"

"This resort is pretty spartan. The rooms are basic and minimalistic. They provide tissues, but there is literally no toilet paper roll in the bathroom. The breakfast was provided in the morning on a covered plate, but could be cold if you wake up after they place it outside your room. There are great dining and shopping options very close to the hotel. There is literally a 7-11 next door to the hotel. Very convenient. If you are just looking for a place to rest for the night, it is a good place....

"Unfortunately, it wasn't as pleasant as I would have wanted it to be, the A/C in my room stopped working properly at midnight. A few ants were on my bed and bit me while I was asleep. I respectfully informed the front desk of the issues and if the manager could give me a call asap. It's been over 48 hours and have not heard from management. I'm all about giving a business a second chance and will stay at the same room if the deficiencies are fixed. "

"This was our third or fourth time staying in Khao Yai, and The Hidden Village was a super find. The rooms are located well away from the road, the extensive gardens are beautifully maintained, and the staff are truly welcoming and helpful in every way. Our Pavilion Suite [Upper Floor] was a real delight, situated furthest from the road entrance, and with a large balcony and a lovely view over a large garden to the forested hills beyond. The quality of the fixtures and fittings is outstanding and belie the fact that the hotel is five and a half years old, and the room layout and furnishings are well thought out with sockets wherever you need them (and a Nespresso coffee machine, always a big plus for me!). Service is super. The buggy service to and from the rooms is incredibly quick when ordered, front desk staff are wonderful, and our (excellent) breakfast was delivered both mornings at exactly the time we ordered The hotel is well-located, close to a huge choice of restaurants, bars, shops and massage spas, and a five minute drive to the national park entrance. This is an exceptionally high standard hotel in this vicinity (in fact, anywhere in Thailand!) and I recommend it highly. Super job done by the owners and management"

"Always a very nice stay! Some of the facilities were not open which was a surprise. Maybe because of slow season, was a bit inconvenient as we had to travel to a different area of the resort to use some. I stay here a lot, never ran into this before. Only the restaurant which is understandable if there are few guests during slow season."
