"This is a wonderful property and a wonderful host. Very helpful and responsive. We very much enjoyed our second stay here."

"The host was amazing with communication. The subdivision was peaceful. With being summer you couldn’t see a lot of the lake with the trees. The bed was cozy and love the decor."

"Thank you for having us again! The house was comfortable and the kitchen was well appointed that had everything we needed. My only complaint is the shower head coming straight out of the ceiling but otherwise it was perfect. :) see you next year!"

"The property was exactly as described and perfect. We were visiting for mountain biking every day and the location was perfect to be close to all of the trails."

"Wonderful Hosts with Exceptional Communication! Everything was super clean & the bed was SO COMFORTABLE. We were in Bella Vista for a Business/Pleasure Trip & ended up staying 4 days. It was a perfect place to relax & soak up the views of the lake with all the big windows. We would definitely stay here again. Jim & Jae were so kind & helpful & always got right back to us if we had any questions. We would give this beautiful place 10 stars if we could!!"

"Great home away from gome."

"The house was so cute and the backyard was awesome!! It was so fun to stay here. "

"This is a great property! Exactly as pictured; updated, clean furnishings. We enjoyed our stay and the kitchen was super nice with almost everything we needed. The host was very responsive and answered questions that I had before our stay. I would definitely recommend this property."

"Very nice easy one night stay!"

The street this property is located on has several neighboring properties that looked like landfills. Though I understand neighbors are out of the hosts control, there was no way this would be somewhere to enjoy a relaxing weekend away. We had two other couples coming to join us and I was embarrassed this is the place I had rented. The property and amenities were not like pictures. I cannot...
