"There were gnats everywhere in my room. My bedding had blood stains and pubic hair on as well as in them. Carpet was not clean. The pool had the emergency stop button for hot tub out of its socket. Staff was amazing however, breakfast was good."

"Disgusting stay – completely unacceptable My stay at this hotel was an absolute nightmare. The room was incredibly dirty, and it was obvious the carpets had not been vacuumed before I checked in. To make matters worse, the toilet seat was completely broken, and you could clearly see the bathroom floor had not been moped at all. When I brought these major issues to the attention of the management, they provided absolutely no help or solution. Disgusting all around. Avoid this place at all costs."
