"Our room was large and very clean. The bed was excellent. The bathroom was very nice in particular with the rain shower. We appreciate the free bottles of water every day. Very friendly staff who would chat with you. The hotel's location is perfect for getting to everything, Centraal station, Grand Place, the palace, museums, etc. We also did day trips to Ghent and Brugge very easily."

"We did have a problem on the first night booked 2 twin rooms and only one available which was not ideal but on the second day they really did help and gave us another room which we really appreciated and the man on reception was brilliant even though it was not his fault."

"The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The staff was polite and helpful. I had to leave early so wasn’t able too enjoy the breakfast. I appreciated that there was a shuttle to and from the airport. It would have been nicer to be let off at the front door of the hotel because I had a lot of luggage. The shuttle drivers were very kind and helpful. At the airport the driver went and got a luggage cart for me to use. So very thoughtful when he saw me struggling to drag my crate."
