Also 2 rooms share a bathroom while 1 room upstairs has its own bathroom. The villa has 3 bathrooms equipped with shower cabins, two upstairs and one on the ground floor including a sauna. On the ground floor you can find a harmonious and modernly decorated living room, a comfortable sofa that can also use as sleeps for 2 people, Television and PlayStation 4. For a meal with family or friends you have fully equipped kitchen and dining room. In the yard of the villa you can find a beautiful pool of size 6x3 and 145cm depth surrounded by 4 sun loungers and 180 cm high walls ensuring privacy for our guests. There are also 4 parking spaces available, and darts on the special offer of the villa including the Pool, PS4, Sauna.



The town of Zaton is a well-known tourist spot in the Zadar area. The villa is only 1500 m away from the beautiful pebble beach in the village. Except pebble beaches, just a few kilometres away in Nin and Privlaka you can enjoy the beautiful sandy beaches and the crystal-clear sea of this region.
