The highlight was definitely the downstairs café and bar; delicious pastries, great coffee, and well-priced drinks in a vibrant setting with very friendly staff.
The bathroom is tiny, and the shower temperature was impossible to regulate, swinging from scalding to freezing. The shower door also leaks heavily onto the floor. Storage is practically non-existent with only two coat hooks provided for luggage.
The fridge didn't work. When we brought this up, staff mentioned they were already aware of the issue, but no one came up from maintenance."
