  • Welcome to DOLCE VITA MASTER, a spacious apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Ideally located in the heart of Nice, on the famous Avenue Jean Médecin, you'll be immersed in the city life of Nice. Ideal for easy access to Place Massena and the Promenade des Anglais.



    The apartment comprises an entrance hall, a living room with a dining area, and an open-plan kitchen. There are two comfortable bedrooms, one of which has direct access to a private shower room with toilet. A second shower room with toilet is also available.



    The apartment is on the 3rd floor and accessible by elevator.

    Please note that the elevator is a half-level elevator. You need to walk down a few steps to reach the apartment.



    Note: We offer two apartments in the same building. For a group stay, please check the availability of DOLCE VITA STUDIO and DOLCE VITA MASTER for a total capacity of 6 people.



    Heating: Heating is collective and managed by the building. Start-up is scheduled for mid-November to mid-December. Shutdown is scheduled for mid-April. Start-up and shut-down dates depend on the local climate and the building manager.

    The living room has a portable air conditioner.

Great location, clean

We loved the location and the apartment was super clean! Coming from US we usually imagine there will be a few more things stocked such as salt and pepper, toilet paper etc. Was a bit of a challenge having to get the keys and drop them in salotime

Perfect apartment with everything you need, good location

The apartment was great. Had 2 rooms, 2 bathrooms, full kitchen, beautiful views. The primary downside is that Nestor & Jeeves key pickup/drop off was in a separate location from the apartment - about a mile or so away - and was inconvenient. Had that Nestor & Jeeves location not been the issue, I would have given the experience 5 stars bc the apartment was absolutely perfect.

We had a lovely stay in Nice and welcomed the fact that the apartment was particularly spacious, clean and well kept. The main downside was that the bedrooms were almost impossible to keep cool at night as the fans provided in both rooms were small and pretty ineffectual. If the host were to upgrade to more efficient fans, the issue would be more or less overcome. On the plus side, it was extremely handy having a new washing machine to rinse our clothes through due to the high humidity so we really welcomed this. Our host responded swiftly when I informed him that both showers were very slow to drain and this was successfully rectified by a technician within 24 hours. The location of the property being only a short walk from the main station was a real boon for us as we spent the first week of our stay travelling to various beautiful resorts along the Côte d'Azur. The picking up and dropping off of the keys was slightly frustrating as it is a 10 minute walk away from the apartment; however, it is not a deal breaker. A final point would be about the double bed in the second bedroom not having a headboard. As the back of the bed was not against the wall the pillow kept falling off onto the floor in the middle of the night. Overall, however, we had a superb 11 days in Nice and absolutely loved the city.

Great location and service

Location was great for shops, trains and tram. We had a couple of small issues but Nestor and Jeeves sorted them out immediately. The apartment was spacious and comfortable. We also arranged transport back to the airport through the Nestor and Jeeves app and that worked out perfectly. The apartment could have been a bit cleaner (some stains on the chairs and dust in the bedroom for example). Also I think that for longer stays (we were there 12 days) they should provide extra towels instead of charging us for them.

A Fabulous Stay at the Dolce Vita Master Apartment!

This was one of those cases where we had high expectations ... and Nestor & Jeeves absolutely delivered! Our Dolce Vita Master apartment was exactly as advertised - spacious, comfortable, beautifully appointed, and equipped with absolutely everything you'd need for your stay. The storage space was incredible and the location was ideal - less than five minutes from the train station, lots of retail and restaurants right outside our door, and an easy walk to the Promenade des Anglais. Lisa was wonderful - she responded quickly to my questions, and arranged a taxi for our departure, which made leaving so much less stressful. Our apartment was literally our home away from home, and we loved opening up the windows and watching the world go by, eating meals on our big table, and relaxing on the couch with Netflix after a busy day of sightseeing. We'd absolutely stay here again!!!!

Grand appartement bien situé

Bel appartement bien situé entre la gare et la vieille ville. Apprécié les 2 salles de bain et le lave-vaisselle. Secteur bruyant, cathédrale et tram mais fenêtres de qualité qui coupe le son. On doit aller chercher les clés à un km dans une agence. Près des restaurants et épiceries. Très bon séjour.

Appartement très bien situé entre le tram et la gare et tous les services.

L’emplacement de l’appartement et le service fort diligent de votre personnel. L’équipement minimal de l’appartement quant aux accessoires de la cuisine et la literie. Nous y avons séjourné il y a deux ans et nous avons remarqué une dégradation des lieux. Le recouvrement des divans a des taches, les coussins sont affaissés, le réfrigérateur qui penche vers l’arrière, les volets extérieurs sont à changer et ne peuvent être maintenus ouverts. Le cadre de la deuxième chambre est vide, la lampe chambranlante… Les travaux de la cage d’escalier amenaient beaucoup de poussière et ont été présents tout le long de notre séjour.

Notre séjour à Nice en Octobre 2023

Appartement très agréable et calme tout en étant au centre ville. Les canapés, le lit de la grande chambre, les draps et couvertures, les oreillers et les tapis devraient être changés. Des serviettes de bains plus grandes et plus douces seraient fortement appréciées Mettre à disposition du papier toilette, sacs poubelle et un peu de lessive. Quelques capsules de café à l'arrivée seraient un plus.
