I had a very pleasant one night stay at this hotel before flying out from Nice airport. The hotel is new and modern. The area around it a construction zone. I didn’t mind because I was only staying one night but they should have waited to open. The hotel doesn’t have parking and the garage next to it charges approximately $30. The staff was friendly. There are no restaurants within walking distance and the hotel only offers simple snacks like pizza, salads, etc.

The property was not ready to open to the public. The location was still under construction. It was dangerous to reach the doors of the hotel. We needed a work hat and steel boots. It was a major inconvenience with luggage and transportation.

The hotel is in a construction zone and not safe to be operating. You have to take a long back alley, through a garbage filled construction zone to reach the door. I fell walking to the property and got a massive cut on my wrist. This happened in front of hotel because of debris from construction and power cords. When I showed the manager, he simply said désolé! Do not book this hotel. One of the workers who showed sympathy and helped wipe the blood from my wrist was visibly upset and explained that they were forced to open before they were ready and many similar incidents have happened since. So disgusted that the hotel didnt even try to make the situation better after an injury due to their negligence. Horrible experience.
