The location of the property is incredible! I would book again just to be in the heart of Nice. 10/10 for location among the restaurants and a few kind from the beach. The staff are so lovely and helpful for advice and tips. Good breakfast. However the rooms smell a bit musty and the wifi isn’t great either.

Unfortunately, the elevator stopped working the day after we arrived and had to use a narrow spiral staircase to reach our room and move luggage up and down the stairs. I brought my bike and transporting it up and down was a difficult task. Really tight access with others needing to use the stairs at the same time. We were 4 levels above the bottom floor. The hotel did not provide any inconvenience relief. Otherwise, the location, the complimentary breakfast, and the bed was comfortable. Just unfortunate timing for our stay.

Room was really clean, had view to busy street below, but no noice through the high quality windows. Staff was helpful with the questions we had, storing our luggage ahead of check in, etc. Breakfast was great with lots of choices and on the 5th floor with a view and additional outdoor patio seating. Hotel location is great too, with restaurants and shops everywhere.

The only good thing was the location. The elevator was broken all three days which is not good for senior citizens on the 6th floor. We asked for ice for our swollen knees and there is no ice machine. No shampoo or other amenities. Bathroom door would not stay open. Soap dispenser in shower broken. Tried to use telephone and discovered it wasn’t plugged in and there was no place to plug it in. I would not recommend his hotel.

I liked the location of the hotel, centre of restaurants and short walk to the shops. But the room was very small we just got our luggage bags in tight squeeze with no space to open them. Room felt old and run down.

The AC was broken for the two nights we were there. The hallways and rooms smelled. We booked a taxi through the hotel for an early departure and luckily our last alarm woke us up. It would have been nice to get a call when the taxi pulled up so we didn’t have to book an Uber instead. Location was great though.

Excellent location however, had booked 2 rooms and no power in 1 room, so no phone and hair dryer as well plus a broken toilet seat. In the 2nd room the shower rose had no hook to support it and was laying in the bath. Rooms were clean.

The room was clean and quiet, and the staff were fantastic.. I have stayed at this Hotel a number of times and also been completely satisfied... one minute from the Promenade des amglais, and approx' ten minutes walk from the tram stop on Avenue Jean Medecin.... and also has a fantastic "Penthouse" breakfast room...

Would stay again. Great location to promenade and beach. Walking distance to all shopping, park, tram, train and sites. Staff very helpful. Breakfast has big selection of pastries, pancakes, sausage, bacon, but fruit bowl... not a fan. Lobby offers hot beverages and microwave. Clean room with views.
