We spent 6 nights at this place and it was absolutely amazing. The place is just as described on the website. It is literally on the beach. We used to wake up in the morning and have coffee while watching the gym on the promenade in front of us and the ocean. There are a lot of beachfront restaurants and bars on one side and a big mall on the other side (10 minute walk) which also has a grocery store. Bus stop and train station are 10-15 minute walk. The apartment itself was very nice. The AC worked well and the blinds made the room very dark and cozy when needed.. We were given an early check-in and we were met by someone upon arrival. The beach here has soft sand and warm water. This beach is Handiplage (handicap accessible). We would definitely recommend this place

Vraiment très bien. Juste au bord de la plage, et une des rares plages de sable d’un secteur où les galets dominent. Appartement bien équipé, accueil très sympa, et remarquable réactivité pour régler la panne d’un équipement. Tout proche de Cap3000 donc très pratique pour les courses ou le shopping Avec la place de parking juste à côté c’était parfait On reviendra

Eine wunderschöne, sehr saubere Ferienwohnung mit Topausstattung. Check in und Checkout prima organisiert .Die Nähe zum Strand ist super. Einziger kleiner Mangel für uns , wären die fehlenden Fliegengitter.Ansonsten sehr zu empfehlen….

Beautiful property in a lovely location

We had a superb time and property is exactly as described and pictured. It is in a perfect location, very close by to a small shopping mall with Monoprix supermarket and also very close for the trains and buses which run regular and are cheap. Certainly no need for a car. I can highly recommend the property, its is just fantastic.

Great place on a beautiful beach

My wife and our son had an excellent time staying at Chris's place. It is exactly what you need for your holidays in the South of France. The place is pristine and has everuthing you need. It is air conditioned, with a balcony thta faces the beach (and direct access to it as well). Located close to Nice (a bus takes you donwtown and it is 100 mts away); and 200 mts from the train station. Your perfect location for Cannes, Antibes and Monaco (all within 30 min). We would stay here all summer if i could.

Dejlig lille lejlighed lige ved stranden

Dejlig lille lejlighed med alle fornødenheder og i god stand og renholdelse. Beliggenheden er perfekt med stranden lige udenfor og tæt til et stort udvalg af restauranter og butikker. Bussen til Nice kører 200 meter fra lejligheden. Værten Christine var yderst hjælpsom og ind- og udtjekning gik problemfrit.

Excellente vacances en bord de mer

Nous avons passé un super séjour en famille dans l'appartement de Christine à Saint-Laurent du Var. L'emplacement était idéal, près des restaurants (la côte de bœuf chez Vyrus à quelques pas de la vaut le détour), du centre commercial et avec une superbe promenade en front de mer, mais également très proche de l'aéroport et de la gare TER (pour se rendre à Monaco et aux environs). L'appartement était fonctionnel, décoré avec gout, et bien équipé. Christine a été très accueillante et accommodante. Nous recommandons vivement cet endroit où nous avons passé de très bons moments en famille.

L'emplacement est top, l'appartement est grand et très bien agencé. Il dispose d'une place de parking sécurisée, même si la voiture n'est pas forcément nécessaire car tout est à proximité immédiate : bars, restaurants, grand centre commercial, bus, gare TER. Les petites attentions ainsi que la sympathie de la propriétaire nous ont beaucoup touché. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

A little gem - perfect location !

I stayed here with my mother and my teenage daughter and the location could not have been better. Walking distance to beaches, shopping mall and restaurants. The place is beautifully appointed and cozy, we felt right at home. Chris is a wonderful and responsive host. We enjoyed our short stay and highly recommend this place ! Thank you

The perfect location

The apartment was perfect for the two of us and had all the facilities one needs for a stay in the south of `France. We didn't cook in the apartment (why would you with so many restaurants to choose from) we just had breakfast before heading out to explore. The apartment is on the promenade next to the beach and the sea. There is a massive shopping centre within walking distance which has a Monoprix for grocery supplies. From the apartment we were able to drive out to Grasse, Menton, Eze, Anitibes and into Nice itself. The communication with our host was excellent and If we go back to the South of France I would stay in the same apartment. 10 out of 10. Thank you Christine (and Sabrina)

Wir verbrachten sehr schöne 14 Tage in dieser Unterkunft. Christin war außerordentlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung war zum größten Teil perfekt, besonders die Küche war mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt und können das Quartier empfehlen Sigrid

Great Location!

The host needs to ensure when renting to English speaking travellers she should be the one greeting them as Sabrina was not able to communicate with us at all. The host should provide some basic details about the location for example that there is a grocery store a short walk away. The property does need some TLC. However it’s location was undeniably superb!

Perfect Location to Enjoy

We booked for 10 days to attend the rugby World Cup and were very happy with our stay. The beachfront location was perfect and we never tired of the ocean views. Great location to watch the planes land, and no issue with noise. The mall is a few minutes walk which includes Monoprix market and a pharmacy. The bus stop is at the mall which is convenient for the airport and to go into central Nice. The St Laurant du Var train station is about 10 min walk as well. The host provided a wonderful stay and I hope to stay again in the future, Merci!!!
