The house is secluded on a beautiful large natural plot, just 600 metres from the child-friendly sandy beach and the cosy surroundings. Relax in the beautiful living room, which is open all the way up to the gable and lets in light from many angles through windows in the ceiling. When it's raining and shivering outside, you can cosy up by the fireplace, and when the sun is shining, simply open the doors and step out into the greenery. You can also look forward to cooking up a storm in the well-equipped kitchen, while the rest of the house has several great facilities including a large bathroom with spa and sauna. In addition to the two bedrooms in the house, there is also a loft and an outbuilding with a double bed.



Outside, you will find a spot on one of the sunny wooden terraces with garden furniture, campfire pit and barbecue, so you can spend a good part of your hours here in the summer. The children can play in the sandpit and run around and have fun on the large lawn.



The house is centrally located on the beautiful Balka beach, where you can spend many hours swimming, sunbathing and building sandcastles. You can eat a nice ice cream at the small harbour. You are also not far from charming Nexø, and it is also highly recommended to take a trip to cosy Svaneke with its many lovely shops, restaurants and more.
