Great greeting at reception, lovely friendly, lady who was knowledgable about the hotels history. Room was clean and comfortable. Great breakfast, which was cooked to order, good selection and a lovely guy

Set in the heart of Lyme Regis in the conservation area of the old town
Cosy , parking fabulous, short walk to all amenities and beach front. Well equipped kitchen and biscuits a lovely touch.

Received a text stating that access codes for the property would be provided shortly after 14:00 for check in at 15:00. Phoned at 14:30 and left message. A 6 bedroom property, 2 minute walk to the sea front, beach and restaurants.
Property location, facilities and condition were superb. Nothing missing or needed for our stay that was not already provided. Host made themselves available if required but were not intrusive at all.
