"The hotel is in a great location, convenient to many of the Auckland attractions, practically next door to the sky tower. All the staff were very pleasant. Our room felt like it was remodeled but still had some attributes that seemed old, like the bath tub, trim work, doors, etc. The elevators are really high-tech, the restaurant is large and the one dinner we had was veg good but breakfast was a flop with cold food that should be hot (or at least warm) like the scrambled eggs, pancakes & French toast, messes in the flour & only one person making espresso."
