Newport Beach is considered one of the best recreational beaches in the world! Guests of this 3 bedroom/2 bath vacation rental are literally walking distance from all of the most popular destinations and conveniences, which is the perfect recipe for a memorable and enjoyable family vacation or holiday. Here's what you'll find:
LIVING/DINING AREA:
- Upholstered sofa w/ side chairs
- Streaming cable TV
- Dining table w/ seating for 6
- Sliding glass door to the spacious front patio
KITCHEN:
- Fully stocked w/ dishes, utensils, cookware, bakeware
- All large appliances; small appliances
- Guests must supply their own food, drinks (including coffee), spices, condiments, and paper goods (napkins, plastic wrap, etc.)
BEDROOMS:
- Bedroom #1: King bed
- Bedroom #2: Queen bed; Streaming cable TV
- Bedroom #3: Queen bed; Streaming cable TV
EXTRA SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
Two twin trifold floor mats, extra linens/pillows, are provided to accommodate a total of 6 maximum guests in the unit. (Floor mats are best suited for children). Rollaway twin beds are available for rent as a better option for adults. Contact our office to make arrangements in advance to ensure delivery in time for your arrival

- Hallway Bathroom #2: Step-in shower; access door to side walkway
LINENS:
- All bed, bath, kitchen, and beach linens for the maximum number of guests are provided as part of the cleaning and linen fee and are neatly prepared for your arrival.
OUTDOOR LIVING:
- Front patio w/ teak dining table and seating for 6; market umbrella; propane gas BBQ grill
ALSO INCLUDED:
- Wi-Fi
- ceiling fans throughout; heating
- hair dryer; iron/ironing board
- 4 low-profile beach chairs
- wood-look laminate flooring throughout
- starter supplies: liquid hand soap; dish soap; dishwasher caps; sponge; kitchen trash bags; 2-4 rolls toilet paper; 1 paper towel roll (guests must supply additional amounts)
DUE TO THE TYPICALLY MODERATE COASTAL CLIMATE, THIS HOUSE - LIKE MOST IN THE AREA - DOES NOT HAVE AIR CONDITIONING.
PARKING:
- 1 space in shared 2-car garage. Fits most vehicle sizes. Accessed via rear alley
- Available neighborhood street parking can also be utilized (metered and non-metered).
LAUNDRY:
Shared free facilities are located in the garage. Guests must provide supplies.
LOCATION:
Bayfront Marina Park is just 1/2 block away - a local favorite, including a fantastic bay front kids' playground, the Lighthouse Cafe, paddle board and sailboat rentals; the historical Newport Pier, restaurants and shops galore; and the beach just across Balboa Blvd. Note: This home is conveniently located along the peninsula's main boulevard. As a result, ambient traffic noise may be heard.
ALSO:
The rear upstairs studio unit can also be booked simultaneously (when available) to accommodate additional guests on the entire property. See separate listing or call our office for details.
RECREATIONAL GEAR:
Additional beach gear or recreational equipment is available for rent from the management at very reasonable rates for our guests: large ice chests, Pack n Play portable cribs, and portable high chairs; wagons; rollaway twin beds; and more. Contact us for more information!
CITY TAX:
A 10% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) is included in all booking totals, (for reservations less than 30 nights) as mandated by the City of Newport Beach.
SECURITY EQUIPMENT:
This property may use surveillance cameras and/or recording devices in outdoor spaces, and/or entrances to the property, as well as noise monitoring equipment such as decibel readers, to protect the property, guests, and ensuring compliance with local ordinances.
Check-in Time: 3 p.m. on the arrival date
Check-out Time: 10 a.m. on the departure date
