Great stay in Newnan.

Parking seemed safe, breakfast was good. Staff was helpful, and friendly. Room was clean, plenty of towels. Excellent amenities. Dont miss the entrance, sits off the road. Lots of good restaurants nearby.

It was a little hard to find at first but I liked the fact that it was tucked away. Tons of restaurants and shopping choices surrounding the hotel within walking distance or very short drive. The hotel was quiet considering the busy surroundings.

Staff was great. Hotel not quite up to Hampton Inn standards in the room. Only had 2 towels and 2 wash cloths so we had to ask for me. Breakfast selection was good but it was HOT in the lobby while we were eatting. Great, but not awesome like Hampton Inn usually is, is all.

Pros: Comfortably, big bed. Hot shower with great water pressure. Friendly staff. Plenty of parking. Close to resturants. Plenty of Shampoo/conditioner already provided in shower. Cons: pool felt more like a hot tub and was growing algae. Carpet in room and throughout the hotel was filthy, needed steam vacumed. Poor breakfast options.

The staff was fairly friendly and the bed was comfortable. A lot of the wood furniture shows a lot of wear and is probably ready for an upgrade but overall not bad.

A great stay in Newnan GA

Maleah was so helpful at check in. She couldn’t locate my Hotels.com reservation using my confirmation number. She provided me with the phone number for Hotels.com when I couldn’t easily access it. She was friendly and professional as was Robin at checkout. The hotel was clean and the room was comfortable. Breakfast was a good mix of options.

Not great.

The room was dated and worn. The carpet had that damp, greasy feel you get in Motel 6. The room smelled like poop (actual poop like some big man just got out of the bathroom after a night of questionable dietary choices). There was stranger hair on the tabletops, and my 9-year-old found a random, unmarked pill on the floor. The desk staff was wonderful, and the continental breakfast was nicer than expected. The beds, pillows, and bedding were comfy.

Hotel feels (and smells) very old. Room is musty. AC unit stopped working twice (so far) and had to call maintenance once to get it working again. Thermostat on wall... but it doesn't work, have to push buttons on HVAC unit. Hotel needs total refurb to be up to what I expect for a Hampton. The staff have been very friendly though.
