"This was our first time staying in an Embassy suites hotel. The hotel itself beautiful. The evening reception and made to order breakfast were excellent. The only issue I had was that 10 minutes before checkout time. They came and knocked on our door to tell us it was time to leave. We were attempting to leave, but there were no carts to be able to get our luggage so we were waiting. I thought that was very rude. "Location and travel budget were key to staying at this location. Hotels in downtown Cleveland were just too expensive. This location was an easy commute into the downtown area. The complimentary breakfast options were very good and made the stay a better value. If you prefer, there are other chain and local restaurants in the immediate vicinity.
