"Enjoyed stay, close to Starved Rock. "

"The property was super clean and comfortable. One of the hiccups was being able to locate pots and pans. We had to have someone come and bring us the missing items. Our son loved having the pool right out the front door and overall the community was friendly and quiet. We also experienced very little communication from the host which was frustrating at check-in and check out, but I think that is due to this property being managed by a company outside of Vrbo. but despite the limited...

"The heritage harbor is a really nice community to stay at and a good location. We visited downtown ottawa, utica and starved rock. The grill is conveniently right out the door near the pool which is also very close. I loved the cute little screen in areas where you can eat your food or play games. They also have a restaurant onsite which was really good. They had live music when we arrived on Sunday outside near the tiki bar. The set up of the house was perfect for my family and we had...

"The house was nice and met all of our needs."

"We stayed for two weeks to see various family members who came and went as schedules allowed. Overall, the house is great on many levels, if lacking in a few specific areas. The common spaces are wonderful as well as the main pool, with plenty of space for people of all ages to enjoy themselves. Next, the good, the dining rooms were great...

"bathroom fan was noisy and kept turning on by itself all night. furniture and tables were dusty. ither than that nice little place"

"It is a very comfortable house."

When the replacement arrived, the old one was left there as well. No grill brush provided to clean it and no cover to protect it from the rain. The carpet on the stairs and upstairs in the bunkbed room was dirty with dark spots. The outdoor patio furniture was dirty and torn. Housekeeping attempted to launder it but ended up throwing the...
