Pretty gross. There was mold in the shower, the toilet seat lid was just sitting on top on the seat unattached, all of the buttons on the ac were ripped off and the lock on the door was broken. Only used it cause it was close to the airport with the cheapest parking. Wouldn't stay again.

The hotel was filthy. The TVs didn’t work, the toilet didn’t flush right. There were no enemies, just a fridge, no microwave The staff was horrible, never came to the room to check the TV if it was working. Parking was horrible. was a bad experience. Will never visit there again.

Extremely disappointing and unacceptable experience at Motel 6. We booked 5 rooms for our family, expecting a clean, safe, and comfortable place to stay. Unfortunately, the condition of the rooms was terrible. Several rooms had mold, poor cleanliness, unpleasant/stinky odors, and washroom leaks. In some rooms, the showers were not working properly, making the stay even more difficult. The overall condition of the rooms and property was far below what we expected. This was especially disappointing because we were travelling as a family and had booked five rooms, yet we experienced problems across the rooms. We had to deal with conditions that were uncomfortable and, in our opinion, not acceptable for a family accommodation. We paid for a proper hotel stay and did not receive the standard of cleanliness and maintenance we expected. Management should take these complaints seriously, inspect the rooms and address these issues immediately. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this location to families until these problems are properly resolved. We also believe a refund or appropriate compensation should be provided given the condition of the rooms and the experience we had for all the rooms we stayed.

Positive: The bed was clean and comfortable. The shuttle from the airport came when they said it would--about 15 minutes after I called the motel at 908-201-3529. Negative: Our room faced the busy road in front of the motel so it was very noisy. The air conditioner was only a foot away from the bed so it was cold in bed even though we just had the fan running. The condition of the room was pretty bad. The laminate floor was broken in several places, a plywood board supported the bath sink, the light switch plate in the bath was broken and missing pieces, and the refrigerator did not work. In general it felt like a slum.

I left Canada for New Jersey to spend the Labour Day weekend on 5th Sept 2026 with a friend and had booked Holiday Inn New Jersey airport through Expedia more than a month in advance. When I arrived Holiday Inn to check in, I was told they had no record of my reservation, despite my showing both the Expedia confirmation and multiple emails from Holiday Inn confirming my upcoming stay. After Holiday Inn confirmed they could see the booking on Expedia but it had not transferred into their system, I was simply told they were sold out and could not help me. I was completely dazed and helpless, sitting in the lobby for over four hours while trying to resolve the situation with Expedia. Eventually, Expedia had to downgrade me to this motel because that was the only alternative available. Expedia told me over the phone and through emails that i would get a reimbursement and it is over 2 weeks at the time of this review that the incident happened, without any feedback/refund from Expedia, This review is for Expedia (not Motel 6 as i did not book them of my own will) and i will leave it everywhere i possible can. It is not enough to make me go through that hassle but to scam me of a refund that i am due? Shame on you Expedia.
