"Just needed a place to stay for one night after an international travel, and I'm so grateful for the 24/7 airport shuttle service they provide. When I contacted the hotel before my trip, they responded quickly with helpful information about where to find the shuttle. The front desk staff and our shuttle drivers were all kind. One of the drivers clearly explained how to use the AirTrain at Newark International Airport to get to the different terminals, which was especially helpful.
The room was spacious and had the basic amenities we needed, including a hair dryer, mini fridge, and coffee maker. I wish the lighting had been a little brighter, but it wasn't too bad. Breakfast was decent, and my son enjoyed the cheese omelets.
Although I stayed in a better version of Hampton Inn in a different state before, considering the price I paid and the convenient, courteous shuttle service, I'd definitely stay here again."
