People are great and it’s a well maintained property in a great location. Still, the rooms are small even by NYC standards. Love Manhattan’s many and varied boutique hotels. Not sure this one’s worth it.

Only a one night stay fortunately. The room was a literal shoe box. I’ve never stayed in such a small room in NYC. Especially for over $500 per night 😳 the rooftop bar is “seasonal”/closed. Probably my fault for picking this place because the rooftop bar looked nice and not reading that it would be closed. On a good note, the staff were amazing. Super friendly and helpful. Lobby cafe was nice. I would not stay here again due to the overpriced shoe box.

Nice hotel. Perfect for the one night stay I had. Great location. Very walkable to major NYC attractions. They also provided a $40 credit to spend at the rooftop or restaurant.

Great hotel in the heart of Chelsea, close to the highline, all the great restaurants and bars and the subway. The rooms are sized in line with what you’d expect for Manhattan, mine was so quiet I couldn’t believe I was in NYC. Whilst the room has no amenities the gym, reception area and cafe are good and the staff are so friendly. I’ll definitely be staying again.

Very kind staff and exceptionally clean. Nicely designed hotel but so insanely limited. You know what you’re getting staying a place like this, velvet curtains and nice stationary to make you ignore the 130sqft room. However, at least at moxy/arlo you can purchase hard alcohol. I’m not exactly sure what this place is. Lots to improve upon as it relates to the space. The bathroom didn’t even have an outlet. Tragic. Staff and service made up for lack of substance.
