I booked the Allen suite it was very nice and cozy and the Air conditioner was very powerful that came in handy when it was very warm outside. My top favorite about the Allen suite was the tub I took sooo many baths it was soooo smoothing and relaxing just to lay there I would book again ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Location is good. Rooms are pretty quiet except for the room next to us. Overall clean room and bathroom. I booked this due to it being a fairly large room for NY but a big chunk of the room was the entry hall…not usable. Our deadbolt didn’t work. We reported it. No change in the 5 days we were there. Typical NY some good and some bad.

Our whole experience was 100/10! 👏 This is such a family-friendly hotel and the location is unbeatable. We were so close to everything SoHo, Mimi’s Yogurt, Leon’s Bagels, Caffè Paradiso, L’Industrie Pizza, and Katz’s Deli! We stayed in the penthouse, and the city view was absolutely amazing! The best part is that this hotel feels like a one-stop stayyou get a luxury experience with a pool right in Manhattan. The staff were all so accommodating and went above and beyond with our requests. Check-in and check-out were also super quick and seamless with no waiting at all. Overall, I would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to families, friend groups, or couples looking to explore Manhattan! P.S. If you’re driving in, there’s convenient paid parking nearby, which was a huge plus!

The property is in a fun location with easy access to subway and cafes and bars. The lobby was cold. The pool was great, however the sauna, the social club and the restaurant were all under construction and yet there still was a resort fee of nearly $50.00 per day. I didn't get a response nor a receipt from the hotel when I wrote to them about it.

This hotel is in a great location and the rooms were spacious for a New York room. The pool is quite small and you have to get a wristband from the lobby each day before being able to go up.

I like the hotel. The pool. Everyone is very nice. The area is a bit loud and urban which is a true NYC experience. AC in room was a bit loud. But overall we like the hotel. My husband loves that there is a pool.

The hotel is very nice and conveniently located. The room was huge and the bed comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that the elevator was kind of temperamental (sometimes skipping your floor for no apparent reason). Also the promised bottle of sparkling wine as a VIP perk was a couple cans of flavored wine beverage that were not good. I would definitely stay there again.

This was my third stay at Sixty LES, and it continues to be one of my favorite hotels in NYC. The staff is always incredibly accommodating, friendly, and genuinely helpful from check-in to check-out. The hotel has a great lobby and waiting area, perfect for relaxing or meeting friends before heading out. The rooms are spacious, clean, comfortable, and many offer fantastic city views. The location is hard to beat. You’re surrounded by some of the best restaurants, bars, lounges, and nightlife in the Lower East Side. Plus, everything you need is within walking distance—Whole Foods, CVS, Equinox, great shopping, and even the best churro spot right next door. After three stays, Sixty LES continues to deliver a consistently great experience, and I’ll definitely keep coming back.

From the moment we arrived, Carlos at the front desk was very sweet and helpful throughout our stay. The room was incredible with the most amazing view and a wrap around terrace. Nespresso machines provided in our room! Worth every penny! Location was incredible and we will be back every year for our annual NY trip.
